When you join, we ask for your name and email so we can send you our logos and information, plus contact you at annual renewal. We also decided to ask for your role and sector so that we can build a high-level collective picture of who is Leading with Humanity in an AI World. It is a simple way for us to understand the types of leaders and sectors choosing to align with the movement. Our aim is to share this with you when we annually review the compass directions together. If you decide the movement is no longer for you and would like your information removed from our database, please contact us. We will delete your details and confirm once this has been done.

We are making decisions in a world being reshaped in real time. Who knows how many leaders you may wish to buy for next year. And yes, we are fully aware of the risk of giving away our logo and assets in year one for a small number of people to re-use without contributing thereafter. Many of our Co-Authors and Ambassadors talk about trust in the book. Continuing to use our assets without a contribution means someone is not being supported by SimPal for six months, and maintaining the Circle becomes harder. We all know there are basic operational costs behind the scenes. The Human Intelligence Compass will evolve, breathe and grow with the world, shaped by everyone who adopts it. Forged by leaders, not by observers. We would like to review annually. That review, plus a potential conference, a moment to gather in person and share wisdom with one another, will need funding. If you continue to use our logo and declare you are Leading with Humanity in an AI World beyond your contribution year, this action sits on your conscience, not ours.

The Human Intelligence Compass is built for direction, not reaction. It is important for all of us to let the world breathe rather than respond to every morning’s finds. Over time we will be able to distinguish between fad, fun and true shifts that will impact humanity and how we navigate as future leaders. The five Compass points for navigation need space to settle before we review and evolve together as a Circle. They will be shaped by the wisdom shared by those who gather.
